Аннотация: The present textbook manual provides a material on the features associated to the application of modern adhesive systems latest generation, which ensure the adhesion of filling materials to enamel and dentin. This work calls into question some theoretical substantiation about differentiated approach feasibility to the choice of acetone and ethanol-containing adhesive systems, in the aspect of clinical and laboratory diagnostics by means of comparative characteristics studies, application techniques, establishing relationship between the used adhesive system and the quality of the restoration. The present work includes all the obtained results of our own research and it is recommended for educational professional programs, which are designed for students of the postgraduate education system and the practice of dentists.
