Аннотация: Teaching aid is compiled taking into account the requirements of the Federal State educational Standard of higher education-specialist in the field of training 31.05.03 Dentistry. The textbook is devoted to the issues of propaedeutic therapeutic dentistry. This methodological guide is intended for students of 1-3 courses of dental faculties of medical universities studying the discipline "Propaedeutic dentistry". The manual systematizes theoretical knowledge and consistently reveals the stages of mastering practical manual skills, which are the foundation of the clinical activity of a dentist. The issues of dental materials science, dental anatomy, technology of manufacturing temporary and permanent restorations, work on phantom models, as well as the principles of ergonomics and workplace organization are considered in detail. The material is presented in accordance with the modular-semester learning principle, contains control questions, situational tasks, and criteria for evaluating skill acquisition. It is recommended for classroom and independent work of students.
